TINY TIGER 
This program is designed for ages 4-7 years old. Children will learn focus, patience and respect at the early stages of their martial arts journey. In addition, Tiny Tiger will improve motor skills and promote physical fitness. This is the perfect jump-start program to create a foundation for any of our martial arts styles!

TAE KWON DO 
The World Tae Kwon Do Federation (WTF) originated in Korea and officially became an Olympic sport in 2000. Suitable for all ages and experience levels, Tae Kwon Do will help improve the mind and body through mental education and physical fitness. Training involves kicking, forms, self-defense, board breaking, sparring and weapons. Students can gain more confidence and leadership skills.

JUDO
Judo means "the gentle way" and doesn't use striking techniques. Judo is a dynamic combat sport that demands great physical and mental discipline. Opponents will use the force of balance, power and movements. Requiring team work and communication, students will learn grappling, throwing, chokeholds, ground sparring and more.

KUMDO
Kumdo is a Korean swords martial arts meaning "the way of the sword". Students will develop etiquette, respect and civility. Kumdo is designed to improve posture, concentration and reflex skills. Students will train with bamboo, wooden and metal swords in vigorous striking exercises, forms and sparring.

YONG MOO DO
Yong Moo Do originated from Yong-In University in Korea and embodies a combination of martial arts styles including elements from Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Kumdo, Hapkido and Ssirum. Students will learn self-defense, striking, falling, sparring, sword, throwing techniques and more.

SPARRING 
Students begin sparring from yellow belt. All students are required to wear approved protective gear (chest guard, helmet, arm guards, shin guards, etc.) for safety. Students will learn to combine their kicking and blocking along with improved reflex skills and agility to earn the most points and win against their opponents.

WEAPONS 
Students can begin weapons training at any belt level. Students will start with learning basic nunchuck movements and later memorize entire routines. Students can earn tapes for completing each routine and advance in levels. Students can progress and learn other weapon varieties.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are taught by either Master Park or an Instructor. Students can choose the length of time and the requirements they want to focus on for their lesson. This is a great option for students who need a little extra help or want to review before a belt test.
